Donation Processing
Donations made through this website may be processed by third-party payment processors and donation tools. By submitting a donation, you authorize the selected payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
Use of Donations
VECTORS Chico uses donations to support its mission, programs, operations, services, events, and fundraising activities. If a campaign describes a specific purpose, VECTORS Chico will make reasonable efforts to use funds for that purpose while preserving flexibility to meet organizational and community needs.
Tax Information
Tax treatment depends on VECTORS Chico’s status, the nature of the contribution, and the donor’s circumstances. Donors should keep receipts and consult their own tax advisor. VECTORS Chico may provide written acknowledgments where required or appropriate.
Refund Policy
If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us as soon as possible at vectorsofchico@outlook.com or (530) 343-3040. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be limited by payment processor rules, fees, accounting requirements, and whether funds have already been committed or used.
Recurring Donations
If recurring donations are offered and you enroll, you are responsible for reviewing the frequency and amount before submitting. You may contact us for help updating or canceling a recurring donation.
No Goods or Services Unless Stated
Unless a campaign, receipt, or event page clearly states otherwise, donations are voluntary contributions and no goods or services are provided in exchange.
